We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior MarTech Engineer to join our team.
What you'll be doing all day! Well, almost.
As a Junior MarTech Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of marketing technology solutions. You will work closely with our team of marketers, developers, and data analysts to develop and implement innovative MarTech strategies for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in identifying technical requirements and creating detailed technical specifications for MarTech projects.
- Supporting the development and implementation of custom marketing technology solutions, such as CRM integrations, marketing automation systems, data management platforms, tag management, and website analytics tools.
- Assisting in optimizing and maintaining existing MarTech systems and resolving technical issues.
- Supporting and assisting junior MarTech Engineers and contributing to their growth.
Does the above sound like something for you? Great! You'll make us happy if you bring the following:
- Experience in a similar role, or as a Junior Javascript developer;
- Basic understanding of marketing technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tag management, data management platforms, and website analytics tools. Or willing to develop yourself in these technologies;
- Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Python is a plus.
- Analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve with guidance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Interest in project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
