Tata Steel is one of the largest steel companies in the world. With more than 85.000 employees and operating in 26 countries they are one of the world’s biggest corporations. They were in need of short-term social recruitment campaigns to attract young people to work for Tata Steel.
What we did:
- Set up a fully campaign structure from A-Z for multiple jobs & events.
- Pro-actively coached to offer structural improvements on campaigns
- Implemented data-tracking on https://www.tatasteeljobs.nl/
Impact we made:
- A fully fledged campaign aligning with the Tata Steel’s wishes
- Coached and sparred with Tata Steel, challenging them and them challenging us on how to improve the campaigns.
- Improvements included data-tracking, video marketing & testing new audiences.
- The implemented data-tracking allowed Tata Steel to track their campaigns on a deeper level to see how they perform.
