Kramp is Europe’s largest specialist in spare parts and accessories for the agricultural industry.
In order to build a fundament to further scale the company, Kramp needed help with managing their recruitment. This is why we ran an experiment with a multidisciplinary team within the Marketing department to change the way of working.
